We are a company based in the USA, we bought 2 products from this supplier, totaling 800, one of the products is not listed on their page, they probably bought it from another factory and sold it saying they produce it, the other is the product that is officially shown here, both products were sold on Amazon USA, but the feedback about the product performance was negative (when I requested samples of both products and tried them, the product performances were really not as described, they were very low, the batteries were showing 40% and suddenly they died and even the sample products sent to me had missing parts!) In addition, returns started to come due to missing parts and used products in the product boxes. When I conveyed this problem to the company and requested a solution for the return, they stalled us for the 1 month that is the Alibaba Warranty period to end and then they cut off communication. We will not shop from this company again
